Pursuant to Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended, read with Company''s Code on Prevention of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Company''s share(s) by the Directors, Designated Employees, other insiders of the Company and their relatives will remain closed from 1st July 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. Accordingly, all the designated employees, other insiders of the Company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
