CHANGE OF DIRECTOR AND COMPOSITION OF THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEEThe board of directors (the "Board") of Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") hereby announces that the following changes in directorship and the composition of the Remuneration Committee of the Company take effect from 23 May 2017:-
Mr. Zhang Chang Man ("Mr. Zhang") has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 23 May 2017 due to his health condition.
Mr. Zhang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhang's invaluable contribution during his period of service with the Group.
