BEIJING MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY CENTRE
This announcement is made by Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.
The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company has passed the qualification assessment in the creation and evaluation work organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology ( 北 京 市 經 濟 和 信 息 化 局) for the 22nd batch of Beijing Municipal Enterprise Technology Centres* ( 北 京 市 企 業 技 術 中 心) of 2019, and has been recognized as a Beijing Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre (the "Recognition").
The Recognition was determined by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology pursuant to the relevant provisions of (i) the Beijing Municipal
Enterprise Technology Centre Construction Management Measures (Jingjingxinfa [2018] No. 7)*（《北京市企業技術中心建設管理辦法》（京經信發[2018]7號））; and (ii) the Beijing
Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre Construction Management Notification
Commitment Policy Implementation Rules (Trial) (Jingjingxinfa [2018] No. 8)* （《北京市企業技術中心建設管理告知承諾制實施細則（試行）》（京經信發[2018]8號））,
and the factors for consideration mainly include (i) the comprehensive strength and the industry position; (ii) the technological innovation capabilities; (iii) the construction and operating mechanism of the technological innovation system; and (iv) the level of investments in research and development, of the Company.

The Recognition is a testament to the comprehensive strength, technological innovation capabilities as well as the research and development strength of the Company. The Recognition will also be conducive to enhancing the core competitiveness of the Company in the field of finance and management services for micro and small scale enterprises, and will create a positive impact on the future development of the Company.
The Recognition is not expected to create material impact on the operating results of the Company in the current period. Shareholders and potential investors of the
Company should exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
