Griffin Mining Limited ("the "Company") announces that, with effect from today, the Company's registered office has been moved from Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda to Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda. This follows the Company's Bermuda representative firms office move.
