Change of Registered Office
Savannah Resources PLC announced a change in its registered office address, effective September 29, 2025. The new registered office is located at 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, England, EC2V 7NG. This change has been duly notified to Companies House. The Barroso Lithium Project aims to produce approximately 190,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate. This production target is intended to supply enough lithium for around half a million vehicle battery packs annually, contributing to the European Commission's goal of at least 10% endogenous lithium production by 2030.
