Change Of Name
Braemar Seascope Group plc are providers of specialised broking, consultancy and
technical services to the shipowning, shipbuilding, oil and gas, dry bulk and
offshore industries.
Following the approval of Special Resolution 9 at the Annual General Meeting on
July 25th 2002 and authorisation from Companies House, the name of the Company
is changed to Braemar Seascope Group plc with effect from 1 August 2002.
Alan Marsh, Chief Executive said:
'I am pleased to announce the change of name of the Company, which reflects the
successful integration of the three shipbroking Groups. The timing of this
change of name also coincides with the arrival of our new finance director and I
am pleased to welcome James Kidwell to the Group.'
Braemar Seascope Group plc confirms that there are no other details which
require to be disclosed under Rule 16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules with respect
to James Kidwell.
