Announcement to Shareholders
It is with deep sadness that we
inform Shareholders that Dr. Patrick Caragata, a Director of EESTech, Inc.,
passed away on the 3rd May 2026. Dr. Caragata made significant
contributions to the Company as a Director, bringing extensive expertise in
economics, risk management, resource strategy, and corporate governance. We
extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues.
Effective immediately, Craig Morris was appointed as a Director to succeed Dr. Caragata on the 1st June 2026. Craig holds a B-Com (Law & Economics) and LLB, and is a qualified Project Manager (AIPM/CPPM). He brings over 25 years of experience as a senior commercial lawyer and project manager at top-tier global and Magic Circle law firms. Legally admitted to practice in South Africa, England & Wales, and Australia, Craig has advised clients worldwide on trade, transport, resources, and infrastructure projects. He has deep expertise across legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of energy, mining, and infrastructure developments, combined with a keen interest in global geo-politics.
We welcome Craig to the Board and are confident his legal, commercial, and
project delivery experience will strongly support EESTech’s strategic
objectives.
