As part of efforts to strengthen the leadership team to ensure long term growth, Mr Stefan Matthieu Lim Shing Yuan ('Mr Stefan Lim') who is a Director of the Company, will be appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors are of the view that Mr Stefan Lim's qualifications and experience make him a suitable candidate for the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
