Chams Holding Company Plc (Chams or the Company) wishes to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the 81ST Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled to hold on Monday, 27th April 2026, to consider its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026.
In compliance with NGX's post listing requirements, the Company's closed period for trading in its shares by insiders and their connected persons which commenced on 1st January 2026 will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026 have been published or released to the investing public.
