CORPORATE DISCLOSURE ON CHAMS HOLDCO PLC, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARIES, CARDCENTRE NIGERIA LIMITED (CCNL) AND CHAMSSWITCH NIGERIA LIMITED
Chams Holding Company Plc (Chams or the Company) hereby informs the investing public of the status of the business solutions created through two (2) of its subsidiaries, Cardcentre Nigeria Limited and Chamsswitch Limited.
CARDCENTRE NIGERIA LIMITED (CCNL).
The expansion into the production of SIM cards for telecommunications providers commenced in 2021. Under a joint venture with Chams HoldCo Plc and Beijing Huahong IC Design Co., Ltd. (BHDC), CCNL launched its SIM card manufacturing operations. With the delivery of production machines, CCNL was poised for success. The first purchase order from MTN in December 2021 marked a significant milestone, and delivery commenced in August-September 2022.

The office and production facility are strategically located at 8 Louis Solomon Close, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Revenue Highlights:
2022: ₦419 million
2023: ₦1.398 billion
2024: ₦4.9 billion

CHAMSSWITCH LIMITED
In a bid to create solutions for cross-border payments, Chams Switch Limited officially launched UnionPay partnership with Wema Bank in July 2024. The project's commercial introduction has been delayed due to the emergence of several critical technical challenges post-launch. Consequently, the anticipated revenue stream from this partnership has not yet been realized. The Chamsswitch team is focused on mitigating this delay and will present a plan for the path forward as soon as possible.
The Company is dedicated to shareholder and investor protection and will therefore ensure that regular updates are provided to all our stakeholders as they develop.
