Champlain Resources Inc. Grants Options to Officers and Directors

Nov. 2, 2010 (Filing Services Canada) -- Champlain Resources Inc. (CPL - TSX Venture), ("CHAMPLAIN" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have approved the issue of 1,900,000 share options (the "Options"), of which 1,900,000 Options were granted to certain directors, officers and consultants of Champlain, at an exercise price of $0.10 per share.  The Options will fully vest on November 2, 2010 and expire November 2, 2015.
