Champlain Resources Inc., granting of options
CALGARY, Sept. 1 /CNW/ - Champlain Resources Inc. ("Champlain" or the "Corporation"), listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "CPL.H", announces today that it granted 1,100,000 stock options (the "Options") to 4 eligible persons pursuant to its stock option plan effective September 1, 2009. All Options were granted at an exercise price of $0.10 per share and vest immediately. Of the stock options granted, an aggregate of 800,000 Options were granted to 2 directors, one of whom is also an officer of the Corporation. The Options expire on September 1, 2014.
