Mr. Greig brings over 17 years experience in corporate and financial management of public companies. He has served as a director or officer of numerous public resource companies listed on the TSX-V Exchange. Since 2001 he has acted as Chief Financial Officer for eight TSX-V companies and two private companies - all within the resource sector. Since 1993 he has provided accounting and financial management services to both public and private resource companies, and primarily to those whose shares are listed on the TSX-V Exchange. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987.
