(TSX-V - OYL) ("CGX Energy" or the "Company") announced today that Dr. Dennis Pieters has resigned as a member of the board of directors of the Company, effective January 27, 2017 to pursue other opportunities. The Company has not appointed a replacement for Dr. Pieters at this time.
