CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND
AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE
The board of directors (the "Board") of CCT Fortis Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Tam Ngai Hung, Terry ("Mr. Tam"), an executive director of the Company, has applied to the Board for special leave of two months with effect from 6 May 2019 in order to take care of his personal health and his family matters, which has been approved by the Board. In view of his long leave and the possibility of travelling outside of Hong Kong, Mr. Tam has resigned as the company secretary (the "Company Secretary") and an authorised representative (the "Authorised Representative") of the Company pursuant to Rule 3.05 of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") with effect from 6 May 2019.
Following the resignation of Mr. Tam as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative, the Board further announces that the appointment of Ms. Sze Suet Ling ("Ms. Sze") as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative with effect from 6 May 2019. Ms. Sze has over 10 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practice in listed companies. Ms. Sze is currently the company secretary of Greater Bay Area Investments Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 261), a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. She was the company secretary of Highlight China IoT International Limited (stock code: 1682, now known as "Hang Pin Living Technology Company Limited") from August 2014 to November 2017, a company listed on the Stock Exchange. Ms. Sze also worked in two companies listed on the Stock Exchange, namely Silver Base Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 886) and Café de Coral Holdings Limited (stock code: 341) and assisted to perform company secretarial functions. Ms. Sze is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. She is a member of Hong Kong China Economic Development Association. She is also a full-member of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association. Ms. Sze holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance from The Open University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Huddersfield.
