On 14 January 2026, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification.
Following the acquisition or transfer of control of a company holding a participating interest in an issuer, Konrad Invest BV's voting rights were transferred to Eugenias Civil Law Partnership on 29 December 2025.
In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.
This transparency notification dated 12 January 2026 contains the following information:

Eugenias holds 100% of the voting rights attached to the shares of Konrad Invest BV. Konrad Invest BV holds 1,431,563 voting rights/voting rights-granting securities of the issuer.
Additional information: On 29 December 2025, the voting rights of Konrad Invest BV were transferred to the civil law partnership Eugenias.
