Following reports in De Tijd and L'Echo about financial difficulties within the Apricusa care group, Care Property Invest wishes to clarify that the Company - in consultation with Apricusa - is currently in an advanced stage of negotiations to find a solution for the operation of the residential care sites La Reposée (Mons) and New Beaugency (Bernissart).
In doing so, Care Property Invest and Apricusa ensure the continuity of care provision for the residents of La Reposée and New Beaugency, while providing a structural solution for the staff and the future of both care projects, which together represent approximately 2.5% of Care Property Invest's consolidated turnover.
With regard to Services Des Ardennes (Attert) - which accounts for around 3.5% of the Company's consolidated turnover - Care Property Invest wishes to emphasise that the operating company of this profitable site is not involved in any restructuring or bankruptcy, and that the operator continues to meet its contractual obligations in full.
