No new financial information will be disclosed at this event. During the Teach-In, Leslie Hill, Chief Executive Officer and her management team will: · undertake a review of recent financial performance and key growth drivers · reiterate medium-term financial targets: o growth of revenue to at least £60 million in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025 ("FY-25") o growth of operating margin to approximately 40% by FY-25 o maintenance of ordinary dividend target payout ratio within the range of 70% to 90% of annual earnings o develop opportunities to outperform through performance fees · describe Record's progress in pursuing the strategic diversification of its products and services, including: o the expansion of activities in Europe via Record Asset Management, the Company's BaFin-registered subsidiary headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany o the investment and business opportunities that the Company is pursuing, and the partnerships that it has established, through its Record Digital initiative · address the strategic modernisation of systems and technology to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the business.
