Notice concerning Filing of Shelf Registration and the Comprehensive Resolution
on Issuance of Investment Corporation Bonds
Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "CSIF") hereby announces that it has filed the shelf registration for its issuance of investment corporation bonds to Kanto Local Finance Bureau today.
In addition, the comprehensive resolution on the bonds issuance is approved at CSIF's board of directors' meeting held today.
