C&I Leasing Plc ('' the Company'') hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the likely delay in filing its Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30 April 2026.

This request is due to pending regulatory approval of the December 2025 Audited Financial Statements from our primary regulator, Central Bank of Nigeria.

Considering the above, the company has received the approval of NGX Regulation Limited to submit the Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statement on or before 29 June 2026.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of all stakeholders during this period and reaffirm our dedication to upholding the principles of good governance.
