It is notified pursuant to Section 110 of the Securities Act, 2015 that I, Anjum Nisar, had acquired 1,952,206 voting shares of Bunny's Limited. On account of this acquisition my total shareholding in the company was 7,019,564 shares which represents 10.51% of the total issued voting shares ofthe company.
However, On July 24, 2025 I disposed of 1,737,2028 shares, thereby reducing my shareholding to 7.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
