NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING OF BUA CEMENT PLCThis is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of BUA Cement Plc (the Company) has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, 26th of February 2026, to consider, amongst other matters, the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025.
The closed period for trading in the Company's shares, which was earlier communicated, commenced on 1st January 2026 and will continue until Twenty-Four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 have been released to the relevant regulatory bodies and the public.
