Amended Corporate Action Announcement
BUA CEMENT PLC wishes to notify its shareholders and the public of some amendments to its earlier published Corporate Action Announcement dated 28th February 2025. Further details of the amendments are set out below.

Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of ₦2.05 per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each, subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholders' approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 3rd day of July 2025. |
Proposed Bonus | NIL |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 4th to 8th July 2025 (both days inclusive). |
Qualification Date | 3rd of July 2025. |
Payment Date | On the 21st of July 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of close of business on 3rd July 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars' website: https://www.africaprudential.com our website: https://www.buacement.com complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks. |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar. |
Date of General Meeting | The Company's Annual General Meeting will be at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja on the 21st of July 2025, at 11:00 AM. |
