WOODBRIDGE, ON, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - BSM Technologies Inc, (GPS: TSXV)

tracking and surveillance solutions, is pleased to report that its preliminary
4th quarter revenues for the period ended September 30, 2006 increased by more
than 395% to over $1.3 Million compared to $262,329 for the same period in
2005.
Full fiscal 2006 results will be released in January 2007 once auditors
have completed their analysis and review.

FOURTH QUARTER GROSS PROFIT INCREASES 309%

The preliminary gross profit for the three months ended September 30,
2006 was in excess of $625,000 an increase of over 309% compared to gross
profit of $154,283 in the fourth quarter of 2005.
"The company has experienced significant growth over the past year and
this has translated into a substantial increase in Revenues," stated Mr. Nick
Cirella, President and CEO of BSM Technologies. "Our sales initiatives and
pilot programs during the year have resulted in major sales to various
industries including oil and gas, armoured vehicles, commercial fleets and
trailers. These programs have now resulted in follow up sales, which is a
