Media Release Safety Controls & Devices Limited gets listed on BSE SME Platform Mumbai, 13thApril 2026: Safety Controls & Devices Limited ("Safety Controls / Company"), headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh is the 715thcompany to get listed on the BSE SME Platform. Safety Controls is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) enterprise with over three decades of track record in executing turnkey infrastructure projects. It is engaged in installation of transmission substations, construction of solar power plants, firefighting & fire protection systems, EV charging infrastructure and hospital construction, including projects for the Ministry of Ayush. The Company has executed the first 220 kV GIS substation in Uttar Pradesh for UP Power Transmission Corporation Limited. Its clientele primarily comprises government and public sector entities.

The Net Proceeds from the Issue are proposed to be utilised towards repayment of borrowings and funding working capital requirements. The promoters of the Company are Mr. Rajnish Chopra, Mrs. Anjali Chopra and Mr. Abhishek Chopra.

The Company's IPO was a bookbuilding issue comprising fresh issues of 60.00 lakh equity shares. The equity shares were issued at a price of ₹80 per equity share, aggregating to a total issue size of ₹48.00 crores. The IPO of the Company closed on 08thApril 2026.
