According to The Brooker Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") had paid a dividend in ordinary shares to the shareholders in the amount of 838,686,807 shares with a par value of 0.125 baht per share on May 20, 2022. The Company would like to inform that the Company has completed the registration of change of paid-up capital from existing paid-up capital of 1,048,581,782.50 baht to 1,153,417,633.375 baht with the Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce on May 20, 2022.
