Notice of Revision of Dividend Forecast (dividend increase) for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2026

Broadleaf Co., Ltd. ("the Company") hereby announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 20, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to revise (increase) the per-share dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, as described below, in connection with this stock split.

The previous forecast was announced in the "Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025 [IFRS]" dated February 12, 2026.

    Notes:

    1. The dividend per share at the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 will be 7.50 yen per share, with no revision from the previous forecast, as it will be based on the number of shares before the stock split.

    2. The revised forecast for the annual dividend per share is not presented because it cannot be compared due to the implementation of the stock split.

  2. Reason for the Revision

The Company regards the return of profits to shareholders as one of its key management priorities. The Company's basic policy is to distribute profits in line with its business performance, while securing the internal reserves necessary for

business development aimed at enhancing corporate value and maintaining financial soundness.

Regarding the dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, the Company has decided to revise (increase) the dividend forecast announced on February 12, 2026, in consideration of the stock split at a ratio of two shares for every one share of common stock and the steady progress against the earnings forecast.

The revised year-end dividend forecast is equivalent to 15.50 yen per share on a pre-stock split basis, representing an effective increase of 0.50 yen from the previous forecast of 15.00 yen.
