1. Quarterly Production Report 30 September 2025
   
   The Directors of Bougainville Copper Limited (ASX: BOC) report that, there has been no production since 15 May 1989.
   
   
2. Strategic Partnering Process Update
   
   Further to the company's announcement on 24 July 2025 title, "Company Update", BOC continues to progress a confidential strategic partnering process to investigate the potential involvement of an international mining partner in the future redevelopment of the Panguna Project.
   
   Discussions with a range of international mining parties are ongoing and the process is undertaken with the knowledge and endorsement of the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG). BOC has engaged leading advisory firm Grant Samuel as financial advisers to facilitate this process.
   
   The strategic partnering process remains at an early stage and there is no certainty that any partnership arrangement will be formed, nor can any assurance be given regarding the timing, structure, or commercial terms of a potential arrangement.
   
   Further, BOC's role and level of participation in the redevelopment of the Panguna Project is yet to be determined and will be subject to the approval of the ABG. ABG is the governing body of Bougainville, with powers under the Constitution of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville and Constitution of Papua New Guinea with regard to all mining activities on Bougainville.
