Latest News Press Releases _ 6 March 2026 _ bcl-admin _ 0 Comments Notice to ASX 5 March 2026 Bougainville Copper Limited (ASX:BOC) (Company) advises that Sir Melchior Togolo has, at the Board meeting held today, stepped down as Chair of the Board, and will continue as a Director and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company further advises that Mr Kearnneth Nanei, who is currently a non executive director of the Company, has, at the Board meeting held today, been appointed as Chair of the Board, effective 5 March 2026. The Board thanks Sir Melchior Togolo for his leadership and contribution during his tenure as Chair of the Board and looks forward to his continued contribution to the Company. CHANGES TO COMPOSITION OF REMUNERATION AND NOMINATION COMMITTEE The Company advises that, at the Board meeting held today, existing member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Sir Melchior Togolo, has been appointed as Committee Chair, and Ms Maryanne Hasola has been appointed to join the Committee, effective from today. These changes follow former Chair and committee member, Sir Moi Avei' s resignation as a director of the Company on 27 February 2026. The Remuneration and Nomination Committee will now comprise of Sir Melchior Togolo (Chair), Kearnneth Nanei, James Rutana, and Maryanne Hasola. CHANGE OF COMPOSITION TO AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE The Company advises that, at the Board meeting held today, existing member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Maryanne Hasola, has been appointed as Committee Chair, and James Rutana has been appointed to join the Committee, effective from today. These changes follow former Chair and committee member, Peter Graham, and former committee member, Sir Moi Avei's resignations as directors of the Company on 27 February 2026. The Audit and Risk Committee will now comprise of Maryanne Hasola (Chair), Sir Melchior Tologo, Kearnneth Nanei, and James Rutana. This announcement has been authorised for release by the Board.
