This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report thetrading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the Securities andExchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window todeal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including theirimmediate relatives) from July 01, 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after theannouncement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025(both days inclusive).The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company UnauditedFinancial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Unaudited FinancialResults for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
