This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report thetrading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the Securities andExchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window todeal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including theirimmediate relatives) from July 01, 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after theannouncement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026(both days inclusive).
