Board update and AGM resolution changes
Nexus Infrastructure PLC announced that its Non-Executive Chair, Richard Kilner, and Non-Executive Director, Ffion Griffith, will be stepping down from the Board following the Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2026. Additionally, the company has withdrawn Resolutions 3, 6, and 10 to 14 from the AGM agenda after engaging with shareholders, though the validity of the Notice of AGM and previously submitted proxy votes for remaining resolutions remain unaffected. 24 March 2026 Nexus Infrastructure plc ("Nexus" or the "Group") Board update and AGM resolution changes Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM: NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that Richard Kilner, Non-Executive Chair, and Ffion Griffith, Non-Executive Director, will stand down from the Board at the end of tomorrow's AGM. Following engagement with shareholders since the publication of the Notice of AGM, Resolutions 3, 6 and 10 to 14 have now been withdrawn from the 2026 AGM, to be held at 9.00am on 25 March 2026. The Board is continuing to engage with shareholders and further details will be announced in due course. The withdrawal of the above-mentioned Resolutions does not affect the validity of the Notice of AGM, the proxy form or any proxy votes already submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be proposed at the AGM. The numbering of all other proposed resolutions at the AGM remains unchanged.
