Board Roles and Responsibilities
Seascape Energy Asia plc has announced changes to its board roles following the retirement of Graham Stewart. Geraldine Murphy, who joined the board in June 2024, has been appointed Senior Independent Director and will continue as Chair of the Audit Committee.
