we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e., on Monday, the 3rdAugust, 2026had inter-alia considered transacted and approved the following items of business:1. Approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026along with limited review report issued by the statutory auditors.2. Based on recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee, the board recommended the reappointment of Sri. T.R. Sekhar(DIN: 02943146) as Non-Executive Non Independent director of the company, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment which is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.3. Approved the Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended 31.3.2026 issued by Secretarial Auditors' of the company.4. Approved the Directors report along with the annexures'.5. other items as mentioned in the attached outcome.
