Appointment of M/s. Avani Gandhi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2024-2025; 3. Retirement of Mr. Ketan Desai on completion of his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on 11th February, 2025; 4.
