DATE OF BOARD MEETING TO APPROVE INTERIM RESULTS
AND DECLARE DIVIDEND
The Directors of Halma p.l.c. intend to hold a Board Meeting on 4 December
2001 to approve the results for the 26 weeks to
29 September 2001.
The interim dividend for the 26 weeks will also be declared at that meeting.
