Consider and approval of Un-Audited Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period.Further pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company has already been closed from July 01, 2025 and will reopen after 48 hours of declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter year ended June 30, 2025. The said Results shall be declared on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.The Company shall intimate to the stock exchange upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as per required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
