Board and Committee Changes

Technologies New Energy plc (LSE: TNE), the energy-transition company focused on advisory services, data centre power infrastructure and biomass-to-fuels, energy and biochar, announces the appointment of Antonio Sauco Morgado Pires to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Antonio brings over 25 years of international business, advisory and commercial experience, including extensive involvement in the Portuguese business environment, with experience across the engineering and manufacturing sectors. He holds a degree in Textile Technology from Philadelphia University and an MBA from Cass Business School in London.

The Board believes that Antonio's breadth of investment and commercial experience, together with his knowledge of the Portuguese business environment, will further strengthen the Board's strategic oversight and governance and provide valuable commercial perspective as TNE continues to develop and grow its activities.

The Company also announces that Kate Joan Osborne and Salvador Insua Amico have resigned as Non-Executive Directors, with effect from 27 June 2026. The Board would sincerely like to thank Kate and Salvador for their valuable contributions, commitment and support to the Company during their tenure and wishes them both every success for the future.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, Antonio Sauco Morgado Pires (age: 63) has not held any directorships in other publicly quoted companies during the previous five years.

There are no further matters in respect of the appointment of Antonio Sauco Morgado Pires which are required to be disclosed pursuant the UK Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of the appointment listed above.

For the purposes of section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Kate Joan Osborne and Salvador Insua Amico have not and will not receive any loss of office payments.
