Based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the continuation of tenure of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha (DIN:10246699) as Independent Director of the Company, notwithstanding that he will be attaining the age of 75 years, subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of special resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
