Invinity Energy Systems plc has provided an interim review of its blocklisting arrangements for warrant exercises and employee share options. During the period from July 2, 2025, to January 1, 2026, no new ordinary shares were issued under these schemes, leaving a balance of 1,360,820 ordinary shares not yet issued from the original blocklisting of 1,500,000 shares admitted on September 26, 2022.
