  Vanquis Banking Group plc Block Listing Application 25 October 2023     Vanquis Banking Group plc (the "Company") is a leading specialist banking group with a focus on underserved markets.   Block Listing Application   Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to the London Stock Exchange for 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 20 8/11 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities using a block listing "Block Listing Admission".   The Block Listing Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.   The Block Listing Shares will be issued by the Company from time to time under the terms of the following share plans: a) Vanquis Banking Group Long Term Incentive Scheme 2015, b) Vanquis Banking Group Deferred Bonus Plan 2022, and c) Vanquis Banking Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2022.   The Block Listing Admission is expected to become effective on 27 October 2023.   This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.   For further information please contact:   David Whincup Deputy Company Secretary Telephone : (0)1274 351 351 Email : [email protected] www.vanquisbankinggroup.com
