Block Listing Application

 

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 22,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued to satisfy awards granted pursuant to the M&G Deferred Incentive Plan 2019 and M&G Performance Share Plan 2019 (together the 'M&G Discretionary Plans').

The admission date for these Shares is expected to be 20 December 2024. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the block admission, in line with its obligations under Listing Rule 20.6.6.
