2024 Annual Report and Accounts

 

M&G announces that it has today issued the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report").  The Annual Report will be posted to those shareholders who have previously requested a paper copy on or around 7 April 2025. A copy of the Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

The Company's 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on 26 March 2025, in line with shareholder communication preferences.
