1)Board of Directors of BizLink Had Approved that the Cash Dividend of
Common Share is USD48,559,636 on Mar. 25, 2022. The Dividend Per Share is
Based on the Total Number of Outstanding Shares which Are 152,750,909 as
of Jul. 22, 2022. The Actual Exchange Rate of Conversion is NT$30.0085.
The Cash Dividend Per Share is NT$9.53852618.
2)The Cash Dividend Will Round Down to the Nearest NT Dollar. The Total
Amount of Round Down from the Shareholders Will be Counted as the Other
Income of the Company. Shareholder Should Bear the Handling Charges for
the Remittance or Check of Dividend Distribution.
3)The Dividend will be Distributed by Remittance or Mailing Check on
