NT$ 9.5328 Calculated Based on the Bank of Taiwan Average Spot Rate 29.7900
of USD to NTD on June 22, 2022).
The Actual Dividend Amount is Subject to the Exchange Rate upon
Distribution Adopted by the Company's Securities Registrar and Transfer
Agency.
