Ms. Fehr is a Certified General Accountant with over 14 years of experience as a senior manager. Ms. Fehr is well versed in the corporate governance and regulatory financial reporting for publicly traded companies. She currently serves as chief financial officer for Global Minerals Ltd., New High Ridge Resources and Global Uranium.
Jeff Charpentier has resigned from his position as chief financial officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. The board of directors thanks Mr. Charpentier for his contributions to BioWest and wishes him all the best in the future.
