STRIKING-OFF OF INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors ("Board") of BH Global Corporation Limited ("Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, "Group") wishes to announce that the Group's indirect subsidiary, SASA APAC PTE. LTD. will be struck-off following the Group's re-structuring exercise pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act 1967.
The striking-off of the subsidiary is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking-off of SASA APAC PTE. LTD.
