APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR TO FILL CASUAL VACANCYDear Sir,
We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of BF Biosciences Limited ("the Company") has appointed Mr. Muhammad Shakeel Sadiq Jajja as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company, with effect from June 01, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignatiGn of Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch, for the remainder of the current term.
Mr. fi.Muhammad Shakeel Sadie. Jajja holds a PhD in Management (Operations). He is also a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Scholar from Stanford University and a Tenured Professor with over 20 years of experience in managen°ent, corporate governance, research, and corporate advisory services.
Furthe. .more, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Muhammad Shakeel Sadiq Jajja as Ci:a!rman of the HR & Remuneration Committee and as a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company, with effect from June 01, 2026, to fill the casual vacancies arising from the resignation of Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch, for the remainder of the current term.
