BETA GLASS PLC hereby announces as follows:

Period Ended

31st December 2024

Proposed Dividend

A final Dividend of ₦2.95 (Two Naira and Ninety-Five Kobo) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, subject to the deduction of appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Tuesday, 17th June 2025.

Closure of Register

The Register of Members will be closed on Wednesday, 18th June 2025, to enable the Registrars to prepare for payment of final dividend.

Qualification Date

Tuesday, 17th June 2025.

Payment Date

On Thursday, 26th June 2025, the final dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Tuesday, 17th June 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

E-Dividend Registration

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate ActivationForm, which is available on the Registrars website: GRDS-e-MandateActivation-Form-UPDATED-1.pdf (greenwichregistrars.com). Duly completed forms should be returned to the Registrar.

Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates

Shareholders with Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration form or contact the Registrars.
