Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that Mr. Sean Player Wolfman ("Mr. Sean"), Director, has submitted a letter, dated July 11, 2022, to the Company on July 15, 2022, to express his intention to resign from the directorship, as there will be a new director to be nominated by the current shareholders of Extend IT Resource Company Limited ("X10") as a result of the recent acquisition transaction of X10 by the Company.
Mr. Sean anticipates that it will be beneficial to the Company if he resigns and makes space available for the new director to be nominated by the current shareholders of X10. The resignation will be effective from July 31, 2022, onwards.
